Eric M. Scheible, President and CEO
Eric Scheible, president and CEO of ProCM, brings to this enterprise more than twenty-five years of management experience in software engineering and development at major, high-growth technology companies. This solid background, when combined with his extensive additional experience in complex program and project management, has given Eric unique insight into the domains of Business Process Management (BPM), Business Governance , Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and software configuration and change management (SCM).
Richard Kubin, VP Business Development and Product Management, Compliance Solutions
Richard Kubin has been a leader in the in the high tech and IT industry for over twenty years and is currently responsible for the business development and product roadmap for ProCM's industry specific Compliance Platform solutions. After spending many years in semiconductor R&D, product management, operations and supply chain leadership roles with Nortel Networks and E2open. Richard chaired the international committee responsible for the development of the IPC-1752 standards for the environmental compliance of electronic products, and has also contributed a chapter on PLM/IT technology to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Handbook: Technology, Finance, Environmental, and International Guidance and Best Practices. Richard's combination of business process responsibility in product management, operations, and supply chain, along with a deep understanding of relevant IT architectures and solution implementation, put him in a unique position to ensure the success of ProCM's Compliance Solutions.
